Here’s what’s included in the 8 and 12 week winter cohort. This is an complete intensive program spotlighting strength, nutrition, endurance, and your daily mindset. Full SEND. There is a coaching lite plan for those that feel they only need a little guidance and direction and can self motivate to follow a plan!

Yes! If you are an endurance athlete or do it for fun I absolutely encourage you to keep up your endurance base.

With that being said, the level of effort needs to be kept at a zone 2 mostly.

You can still do a longer run or bike one day a week.

Yes! This program is great for new to advanced lifters. You will have access to all demo videos within the training app. You will receive guidance from me throughout the program and I’m always happy to review your lifts for feedback on form and effort.
